I would appreciate it if the staff were friendlier and more professional. I come into this post office a lot for my work, and every time they barely say a single word to me while I’m being served. Today, the lady who wears a hat was sitting down, without a mask on, on her phone, and completely ignored me while I was waiting for her help. Even after I said hi. I had to wait for someone else to help me.
