The Debonaire Dog - Oakville Dog Grooming for 30 years. Mark Jeffrey graduated in 1985 at the top of his class from the Nash Academy, one of the top grooming schools in North America. Mark was honoured with the Best in Class award and following graduation he opened The Debonaire Dog at its present location, 72 Florence Drive in Oakville. With 30 years of professional grooming experience Mark is familiar with all breed standard clips and has serviced and cared for multiple generations of Oakville dogs.
